1. Partnered with the developer and the District of Columbia Housing Authority to create an affordable mixed income housing community in SE Anocastia.
2. Coordinated efforts with the developer, preferred lenders, the District of Columbia Housing Authority and the Greater Washington Urban League to bring such programs as the DC Housing Choice Voucher Program, the Housing Purchase Assistance Program (HPAP) and others to the community.
Successfully took a number of former public housing residents and turned them into first time homebuyers.
